Coaches see class pay and commission on one stub, inside our app.
Racklane sells memberships and books classes for gyms and fitness studios. Its customers pay front desk staff by the hour and coaches by the class they teach, with a commission on the personal training they sell.
The class schedule is the timesheet: every class a coach taught becomes an earning in the semi-monthly run, and coaching commission arrives as its own line. Racklane kept its look, square corners, graphite and Oswald capitals, down to the paystub PDF.
Racklane launched payroll in June 2025, the most recent of the six partners. 137 of its 1,029 gyms run payroll in the app today, 13.3%, for 1,925 coaches and staff.
