Theme tokens now reach the PDF paystub
The color, font and logo of your theme now style the paystub employees download, not only the one on screen.
Until now, the paystub an employee downloaded as a PDF used a neutral layout, even when the on-screen version wore your colors. From version 2.14, the theme object you pass to the embedded components also styles the PDF: your primary color for rules and totals, your font for headings when it is available as a web font, and your logo in the header.
Nothing changes for partners who do not send a theme. Partners who do can preview the file in the sandbox with GET /v1/paystubs/{id}/preview, which returns the PDF with a watermark.
Employers can still print their legal name and address under the logo. Several states require that information on wage statements, so the field is now checked when a company is created.
