Enrollment webhooks and life events
Know when an employee enrolls, changes coverage or reports a life event, without polling.
Three new webhooks: enrollment.completed, enrollment.changed and life_event.reported. Each one carries the plan, the coverage tier and the deduction per paycheck that applies from the next run, so your app can update the employee’s screen at once.
A life event, such as a marriage, a birth or the loss of other coverage, opens a 30-day window in which the employee can change their elections. The window, its deadline and the documents requested are part of the event, and the embedded enrollment component shows them in your theme.
Open enrollment for 2027 plans can be set up in the sandbox from today.
